Don’t step into the excuses of staying in bed during your period and do some kind of exercise!

This post is for all the ladies out there! Stay with me till the end and I promise you you will get some valuable information. I have decided to make this post based on my own experience and many of my client’s struggles.

When the “time of the month” arrives and you feel like crap, you have no energy, you feel sluggish and the last thing on your mind is to exercise, the worse thing you can do to yourself is actually to continue this state by not doing anything and laying low or staying sedentary.

As crazy as this might sound – when you start moving and doing even light activity – you will get a better blow flow, increase your energy, stop feeling slow and lethargic and over sadden you feel super good. Your mood gets better, your energy, and your emotional state.

But wait! There is one more very important thing that I have done to my clients.

I showed them that this ” time of the month” math calculation. So when you do this – it will open up your eyes even more! Please try it with me!

Calculate your “times of the month” /days/ let’s round it up to 5 / but you can do less or more – depends on you /  and then multiply it by the months / 12 /.

What did you get? How many days in total? That’s 60 days / of my calculation / of no workout days when YOU decide to give in. Not only that! You probably eat bad too – all the sweets and chocolate and sugar to make you feel better! But the reality is it won’t. What will is the boost of your own energy by getting your body into motion.

So, really think about it. The only thing that separates You from just doing the exercise is this particular excuse. Don’t give in. Don’t give up! MOVE! Fight it with movement, motion, walk, do whatever it takes to get your blood flow.

60 Days of totally not doing anything! Did you realize how many less calories you burn? How much slower your metabolism goes? How less of results you get? This is huge in comparison to a year – 60 days or even more!

So, ladies, really think twice about your period and next time challenge yourself – and do not step into the excuses of staying in bed or missing your exercise.

Be the girl who has done it!
