  • 8 Week Chin-Up Challenge

    Getting your 1st chin-up is a big challenge, but you can do it! This 3 day a week program will guide you through a series of progressive strength-building workouts designed to help you get that chin over the bar with solid form. You'll need a chin-up bar, sturdy resistance bands and ideally access to machines like cable machines and assisted chin-up machines. If that’s not available, no worries—we can adapt everything using just bands. What if you’re not quite there after 8 weeks? No problem—just reach out and we’ll extend your program to keep you moving toward that first chin-up!

  • 8 week Easing Back Into Training program

    If you've been unable to exercise for a long period, this program will guide you in just 20 minutes, 2-3 days a week to regain strength, mobility, balance and feel better overall. All you need is some space, a mat, and light bands with a door anchor. You'll receive habit reminders to help support your training, such as eating more protein, spending time outdoors, and getting more sleep. In just 8 weeks, you’ll be ready to take on more challenging workouts, group classes, hikes—whatever supports your path to a more active, healthy life.

  • Adapt - 12 Weeks

    This gentle strength and nutrition program will help you feel and move better in just 30 minutes, 2-3 days per week. You can work out anywhere there's a little space, at home or even outdoors. You'll need a mat, light bands and a sturdy anchor point. Along the way you'll receive reminders of healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits that will help support your goals. In just 12 weeks, you’ll be stronger, more mobile, and more energetic, with noticeable improvements in your health metrics. You’ll be ready to take on more challenging workouts and embrace a more active, fulfilling lifestyle.

  • Evolve - 12 Weeks

    Whether you're brand new to training or a fitness fan just looking for better results, we'll work together through monthly video calls and regular messaging to create a tailored workout and nutrition program that suit your preferences, limitations, and lifestyle. You'll need minimal equipment such as light dumbbells, bands and a door anchor to build strength and improve health indicators. You'll get quick feedback and answers, encouragement and support to help keep you motivated to reach your health and fitness goals.

You’ll only need simple equipment—like light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a door anchor—to build muscle, enhance mobility, and improve key health markers. You’ll receive personalized feedback, ongoing support, and the motivation you need to stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.

    Every 4 weeks you will get 2 session credits for 1 on 1 session (expire after 1 month)

    This is an individualized and adaptive program designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. With weekly one-on-one support, and fast feedback, we’ll fine-tune your plan to ensure it’s always working for you—whether you want to build strength and mobility, achieve specific fitness targets, or improve key health indicators. You’ll only need simple equipment like light dumbbells, resistance bands, and a door anchor to get big results. Your coach will be there to provide guidance and help motivate you to make steady progress toward your goals.

    Every 4 weeks you will get 4 session credits for 1 on 1 session (expire after 3 months)

About Tara

As a competitive powerlifter, former gymnast and coach, I've always enjoyed physical challenges and learning new skills, but working long hours in animation and VFX started to impact my ability to move the way I wanted. I take care of my health so I can continue to enjoy activities I love, like paddling, hiking, and camping, well into my senior years. Whether you're training to compete, get back in shape after an illness or injury, improve your health risk factors, or just feel better, I'm here to help you build strength and resilience to experience all the things you want to do in life.
