About Teriesa

I’m an online strength coach for women 35+ who are tired of working hard without seeing results.

If you’re exercising consistently but feeling softer, more fatigued, or stuck, it’s not a motivation problem.

It’s a training strategy problem!

Most women in midlife are still choosing workouts based on calories burned, sweat, or intensity. But after 35, your body responds to progressive strength and proper recovery, it doesn't respond to exhaustion.

I specialize in helping women shift from chasing burn to building muscle, because muscle supports metabolism, protects bone density, and restores resilience.

After coaching women through this stage of life, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: when training shifts toward structured strength and away from exhaustion, the body begins to adapt again.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start training with direction, you’re in the right place.
