About Olivia

I started as a competitive dancer for 15 years, performing internationally. After stepping away from dance, I committed the next 10 years to self-training and transforming my body, which led me to discover a true passion for fitness and bodybuilding.

In 2021, I competed in ICN, ANB, and NBA, placing 3rd. After a two-year break, I returned to the stage in 2023 with the IFBB Pro League, continuing my journey toward becoming a pro athlete.

In 2024, I began studying Certificate III & IV in Fitness to expand my knowledge and turn my experience into something I can share. My goal is to help others achieve real, lasting results, feeling stronger, more confident, and in control of their bodies.
