LifestyleWellness Imagination Is Everything

Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions” – Albert Einstein
Visualization is a technique of closing your eyes and picturing yourself enjoying life as you already achieved your goals.

Have you ever taken the time to actually do this?

Years ago, before I came to the United States, I would visualize my trip here, where I am, what I do, the places I will see, and the people I will meet. I would create this vision in such vivid colors, that I could almost smell the air. I never knew this term, but somehow I was doing it.

No one ever told me that by constantly recreating the same picture over and over in your head, you actually believe it, live it and you do everything on your subconscious level to achieve it.

I found all about it, years ago, when I started my journey on personal development and coaching people around the World.

Today, I am where I have continually created my vision.

Today, I can teach you the same through my coaching sessions.

So I am encouraging you – to have a moment of quiet time to sit down and close your eyes and allow your imagination to thrive.

Your thoughts will land on eighter things you want in your life/attachment/ or things you want to avoid. And here is the thing, you want your pictures and visualization to lean towards the positivity, the great things, the amazing places – this is what I did.

What you think of is what you attract.

There is a lot to process today, so take your time. And don’t get frustrated if you don’t get it the 1st time. Most people might have a hard time with it. Here is the trick you might want to use:

* find a picture of your dream vacation, dream job, dream destination a person you want to meet.
* if you want to lose weight imagine yourself fit and strong / maybe you have a picture of yourself from years ago/

Pin them somewhere you can see them or carry them with you all the time.

What I had on my wall  26 years ago was a real map of America. And here I am today.

Remember, that your brain operates differently from your body. The pictures you have in your head are read by your brain as they are. The brain thinks it’s the current situation.
NO EXCUSES.
