You can't have health without fitness — or fitness without health.
Together, we'll get you moving better, looking better, and feeling better — without leaving you burned out, drained and reverting back to your old self. Wherever you are on the spectrum, I've worked with everyone from high stress CEOs and competitive athletes, to stay at home parents and their children, ages 12 to 68.
