Exercise Accountability and Results

Accountability and Results

“Give someone responsibility and they will do their best. Make them accountable and they will do even better” – Simon Sinek

Every journey begins with the first step, but did you know you don’t have to take that step alone.

Everyone needs accountability. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, from teenagers to elderly and they all have one thing in common, and that is they lack one of the most vital ingredients to any fitness journey, accountability. That is what is great about personal trainers we can become your accountability “partner”. Which is exactly how it sounds someone who coaches another person in terms of helping the other person keep a commitment.

“Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to the results”

When we begin a fitness journey, we all have the greatest of intentions, but without that accountability, most of us fall off the wagon and it slowly gets easier to not get back on. It starts with missing a workout here and there, but these missed workouts add up and eventually it becomes easier to hit snooze instead of getting up at 6 am or driving past the gym after work to vegetate in front of the TV. You start to flake on yourself and before long you haven’t worked out in 3 weeks.

If only you had someone there, holding you accountable, encouraging you, waiting on you to show up, that is where a personal trainer comes in. We are there for you, we want to help you, we want to encourage you and see you reach and exceed all of your health and fitness goals. It’s what we do, what we love!

Having a trainer that will customize your program for your goals, that will show you how to exercise for maximum efficiency and results are the secret to your success.

Let us help you be fully accountable and provide a steady support system! No more lying to yourself, no more half reps or cheating on your diet. Hold your accountability so your goals are not just fantasies, but results.
