Weight loss, fat loss, getting toned, or losing inches is definitely a science.

A science we actually know more about than we give ourselves credit for. I take for granted my master’s degree in nutrition and forget how much I really do know, for which I am so grateful for!

However, one element which goes unnoticed too often is that of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is real and is powerful. The subconscious mind is on auto-pilot and responds to what your private thoughts are, you know, those private thoughts which are most likely negative.

Many of my clients come to me without even recognizing their own negative thought patterns. They have become so accustomed to ragging on themselves that it is just second nature. The thought of shifting into a more positive state becomes a joke by the time clients get to me. The subconscious mind, at the end of the day, rules the day.

Your subconscious mind will obey what you truly feel and believe about yourself. If you keep telling yourself, “I’ll never lose weight”, guess what, you will never lose weight. Sure, that new and exciting diet plan will get you motivated for maybe three days, but it never lasts because the negative programming rules the day and wins, every time.

So, how do you overcome this you ask?

First, you have to believe that what I am saying is true. Do not disregard yourself. Stop giving excuses as to why “thinking positive” doesn’t work for you. All of those excuses are exactly that, just excuses. You can reprogram and that is my specialty I am the reprogram queen! I have altered and beat outstanding statistics for my life all because I chose to work on reprogramming a long time ago!

Reprogramming is not for the faint of heart. The physical strength I have, which you see in my pictures, has come as a result of my inner strength finally being allowed to show because I have had to overcome. I’m here to tell you that you can too. Regardless, of your family history or background, you can! One of my current clients has lost fifty pounds and is on her way to losing more.
