My Fitness Journey
Hi I'm Ivan. After a successful 20-year career as a qualified accountant in the City, a major cardiac incident led me to reevaluate my life and pursue a career in fitness. In my personal journey the past four years, I have transformed my own health, achieved a 20 kg weight loss whilst enhanced my muscle mass, endurance, strength, fitness, flexibility, and balance.through training and nutrition. This personal journey has fuelled my passion for helping others, whether they are younger or older, new to the gym or seasoned fitness enthusiasts.
