Start your day with a healthy and delicious breakfast. When cereal gets boring try making a smoothie.

You’re getting your daily allowance of fruits and vegetables. Try this alternative with yogurt, kale, fruits and protein!

Here is the smoothie recipe:

  • a half cup of Greek Yogurt
  • a hand full of kale
  • half cup of frozen strawberries
  • cup of 1% milk
  • half cup of frozen blueberries
  • one banana
  • a scoop of whey protein powder.

Blend until smooth.

The kale is the key. You don’t even taste it and it gives you the allotment of veggies you need. Great before and/or after a workout!
