Wanna lose belly fat? Do you like what you see in the mirror every morning when you wake up?

How Do I Lose Belly Fat?

Are you constantly losing motivation to exercise because you are not seeing any results, or don’t even know how to start a training regime to kick-start a new life towards a better looking and healthier you?

Well, I hated how I looked like before. I was fat. Really fat.

And I really had a low self-esteem and it was affecting my life in all aspects; relationship, career, friends, etc. Then I told myself: enough is enough! Time to be on the grind and train!!

And so I started jogging nearby my neighbourhood and doing push-ups and sit-ups on a daily basis. But 3 months passed. I was not seeing any results at all. I was still overweight. Then I went deep into research on the best practices on how to train to lose weight. I was beginning to see real results.

And I even signed up for the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) personal trainer course and became a certified trainer.

It was through the course and tons and tons of hours of research that I managed to gain proper knowledge and skillsets on how to efficiently lose weight and be lean.

Coupled with proper eating, I lost 12kgs in 3 months!! First time in my life I am able to see a six pack abs on me!!!

The KEY to losing weight and be lean is to EAT A BALANCED DIET & TRAIN HARD! AND OF COURSE, CONSISTENCY & A STRONG DETERMINATION TOO!!

Building Muscles Is KEY to Losing Belly Fat

If you want to effectively decrease your body fat percentage, which will help lose the roundness of your belly, you must do weights-training to build muscles.

In a nutshell, we can imagine muscles as FAT-BURNING FURNACES on our bodies that constantly burn calories throughout the day. Therefore, weights training should form the main bulk of your weight-loss program.

Don’t Forget Cardio

That is not to say doing cardio is not important. It is a good supplementary training to your weights training and will definitely burn off additional calories.

Unfortunately you can’t pick and choose where you want weight to melt away, so instead of doing hundreds or even thousands of crunches, you need to do both weight-lifting and cardio to effectively lose your overall body fat.

While running, biking, and swimming are excellent ways to burn calories, incorporating high-intensity intervals has been proven to target stubborn belly fat.

Abs Really Are Made in the Kitchen

You’ve probably heard this before, and it’s the truth! You can’t out-train a bad diet!

If you train daily, but your diet is terrible, it is counterproductive.

There are really no specific exercises to just reduce belly fat. People think they can get abs, and just abs. This is the biggest age-old myth ever.

Here’s the truth. Reducing belly fat eventually comes down to how you eat. In order to lose belly fat, you need to drop your overall body fat percentage by eating the right types and amounts of foods, creating a calorie deficit with portion control.
