I know your goal may be to lose fat and build muscle which is great! But you need to ask yourself what a healthy person would do. Like what happens soon as you reach your goal? You just stop? or do you continue to keep striving to be 1% better? Ask yourself what a healthy person would do.
What Would a Healthy Person Do?
Today I am going to be talking to you about the importance of improving 1% everyday. When it comes to losing weight, eating healthy and creating the habit to make the gym just second nature, you need to take the tiny steps each and everyday in order to achieve the results
you desire.
Progress Happens in the Persistence
I understand that you may be putting in the work everyday for a month or two and you might ask yourself why am I not seeing any results? Once this kind of thinking kicks in, it is easy to let go of these good habits you have built but in order to make a meaningful difference, habits need to persist long enough to break through this plateau. Your work is not wasted, it’s just being stored. And then one day BOOM you finally break through that plateau and start seeing the results you’ve been working for.
I wouldn’t be who I am today if I gave up when I didn’t see results immediately. When you work hard to create and sculpt your body, you appreciate it more because of all the hard work you put into it and you become that healthy person you were once asking what would a healthy person do?
Live Life 1% Better
Remember all big things come from small beginnings. That powerful oak tree was once a seed. Achieving a goal only changes your life for a moment. Build systems instead of goals. It’s not about a single accomplishment, it’s about the cycle of endless refinement and continuous improvement. The commitment to the process will determine your progress. Live life 1% better.
