I’ve had some pretty wild coaching jobs, from training eagles and elephants to now helping humans rebuild their strength, energy, and confidence.

For the past decade, I’ve been coaching busy working parents, people like you, to get strong, feel better in their bodies, and take back control of their health. These days, I go beyond just workouts and macros.

I focus on the full picture: physical strength as the anchor, and mental health as the heart of it all.

Because when life feels messy, tired, stressed, low on time or motivation, that’s when you need real support, simple strategies, and someone who gets it.
