Health and fitness has become a big passion of mine.
I have competed in bodybuilding shows achieving two 2nd places, a 3rd and a 4th.
I also have competed in a power lifting competition.
I would consider myself a POWERBUILDER (power lifting with a mix of body building).

I believe building a solid foundation of strength and muscle through compound movements and eating properly is how people should start their fitness journey and avoid the "fancy exercises that promise results" and fad diets. The simple basics is what will give you the results you're looking for.
