LifestyleWellness How Your Inner World Affects Your Outer

inner world

We live in a world where there are so many distractions, so many comparisons to be made if we allow that to happen. One thing I have truly learned is:

Comparison is the thief of joy.

Living a happy and healthy life for me starts upstairs, in the mind. What you think and how you feel creates your reality.

So, if you are unhappy, why? What is it that you are thinking, how is it you are acting that is creating that reality for you?

Do worried emotions conquer you?

Wondering where to even start to regain self-control?

See your emotions as surges of energy.

At their original source within you, these energies are not negative, but pure and powerful.
Realization of this fact will gradually channel energies towards self-control.

A lot of us don’t even understand ourselves and the first thing to do is get to know who you are.

This seems like a mysterious task, how do you do that?

It can be easy to solve. Everything that happens to you on the exterior is telling you about the interior. The external world is a mirror, whatever gets under your skin and causes a physiological response is something that’s worth understanding

See your inner world as the author of your outer world, for the inner and the outer are the same!

Use this to examine your current situation.

Is your outer world, busy, out of control, lacking discipline, surrounded by a certain type of person?

This is all a reflection of your current inner state.

Once you are aware of this, you can start to change your inner world which will affect your outer.

Start improving your movement habits, start getting more steps in, start taking chances and believing in yourself, step away from people that drain your energy, and start surrounding yourself with people that lift you up

These are fundamentals to improve your energy on a daily basis, this is just one aspect and it’s an aspect that you have full control over. If you want to be happy, change your thoughts, change your energy.

Always remember, I’m here if you need me.

One quote with the biggest impact for me is this…

You’ll always get what you have always got if you always do what you’ve always done!

Keep it simple & sustainable!
