Why did I become a personal trainer?

My journey towards fitness started as a personal pursuit through my passion towards athletics from the early stages of my life. Growing up I was never the biggest, strongest, or fastest. However, as I gained more knowledge and experience, I realized that my passion could also benefit others. In high school I was a three sport athlete each year (Football, Basketball, Track & Field). From there on I was blessed to have the opportunity to play college football and earn a 4 year bachelor’s degree. For the last 10 years of my life, I have dedicated myself day in and day out towards my health and wellness.

Helping people achieve their fitness goals has become an essential part of my life. I find immense satisfaction in seeing them make progress.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not just about being physically fit. It encompasses several aspects of our lives.

As someone who is passionate about fitness, I strongly believe that physical, mental, and habitual aspects of fitness are all crucial in ensuring a healthy lifestyle.

My core values when it comes to fitness are physical, mental, and habitual aspects. Firstly, physical fitness involves maintaining a healthy body weight, building strength, and improving flexibility. It’s not just about looking good but also about feeling good and having the energy to carry out daily activities.

Secondly, mental fitness is equally crucial.
