The gym is great and you feel like you’re buzzing but you really don’t know what the hell to do, where to start and afraid of looking silly or even worse causing an unwanted injury. The weights room strikes fear and you’re afraid to use the kit amongst all the frequent and experienced users!

If you’re in the setting, stop, draw breath and re-check the WHY behind your journey, picture an image of where you want to be and how you wish to get there.

Think about how you will feel once you’ve gone through all the hard work and the comments you’ll receive from your positive work. Think about how it’ll feel if you stop now because the gym fear gets to much and in 6 months you’ve gone further backwards.

The time is now, the time is right and you’re doing the best thing you’ve done in a long time, you’re taking care of you. Make the change, form new habits, encompass an improved lifestyle for the better, do it for you!
