With the current fast-paced lifestyle and hectic work hours, the above statements are completely understandable. They are genuine excuses, too. And trust me, they come not out of laziness but out of helplessness. But what if I told you there is a way out?

The secret way out is this – pay ears now.. —drum roll–  stop trying to put time out for fitness. It does not necessarily need a separate time apart from your routine. You heard that right, you don’t actually need to give any time outside of your routine for fitness. Try incorporating fitness WITHIN your daily routine! Now, don’t get me wrong, this post is not for those who can devote some time to exercises – if you’re doing that already, that’s great, but this is for those whose work hours and other commitments spill over the entire clock, leaving them helpless. And discouraging them by stating that they aren’t managing their time or don’t have their priorities right is further going to worsen their situation.

So how do we incorporate fitness into the rigid time frame of work? There is help all around. Go ahead and download helpful apps which track your steps during the day, log in what you eat, track how well you sleep, track your phone screen time, keep a track of how much water you consume, and measure your weight regularly/even daily. All these can be done without putting time apart from it, while you are at work.

So there you have it. Make it part of your routine. Incorporate these into your routine day, and you’re already into your fitness journey without putting time away exclusively for fitness. Get started!
