I'm a certified personal trainer and have completed my level 4 skill competency exam. I was a competitive armwrestler and an official with the Indian armwrestling federation. I'm currently a boxer trying to work my way up this new ladder. Recreationally I have tried and had success with jump ropes, balance boards, slacklining, calisthenics, swimming, running and hula hoop. Being into fitness for the last 20 years I understand the challenges faced by someone trying to venture into fitness and I'm here to help you find a way to not only get started but stay invested.
