Trainers Fitness Goals for 2020

Fitness goals

The new year approaching, including fitness goals for 2020 are on top of most people to-do lists. When it comes down to making a life change, it can be very hard to do so; moreover when you do not have the tools and knowledge to do it.

Who can you trust?

Everyone promising results! Exercise should be fun and enjoyable. Time is always a problem for most people. 2020 is approaching, I highly recommend high-intensity interval training method for weight loss and muscle gain. This method saves many people time and the benefits associated with high-intensity interval training are amazing. Really, who does not like to burn more calories up to 48 hours post-workout to help achieve their health and fitness goals?

When it comes to doing high-intensity interval training, individuals should base their exercise intensity on their personal capability to complete each workout. When deciding to train online with someone, it is very important individuals check the trainer’s experience and background. You want to make sure you are training with someone who knows what they are doing.

Wishing everyone a happy lifestyle for 2020 and always strive for overall improvement in your health! My role as a Certified Exercise Physiologist is to elevate each client independently, conduct physical fitness assessment and elevate those results and create a workout tailored to the client’s fitness goals and needs.  It is easy to make a dollar but even harder to make a difference.

My goal for 2020 is to help as many people around the world. I want to help them start an exercise plan and find ways to make it better in order for them to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. The obesity epidemic is constantly growing and more people are becoming less active. It is important for our children to be educated on how to properly train.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine, physical activity beyond the minimum recommendation combined with proper nutrition is likely needed in order for individuals to manage and/or prevent weight gain and obesity.

What will you do to become more active? Did you set your fitness goals for 2020?
