As a person who has been training for 13 years consistently, one big obstacle for most people is:

Getting started

I always get told: “Well I don’t know what I’m doing at the gym or even where to start”.

This is where a personal trainer shines the most and it’s so fun and gratifying for us to help others achieve their goals and see them progress through diet and different levels of training!!

We as personal trainers have to be compassionate, inspiring, and motivating. I love this field and I’m so happy to be a part of it. Teaching others the fitness basics and how fitness can be such an improvement on their wellness, happiness, and just better quality of life and longevity is what I love! Day in and day out you can sculpt yourself into what or who you want to become.

Training is much more than a chore

It’s such a lifestyle and you learn more and more each and every day. I hope to inspire others to do the same.

Life is too short to live unhappy! Anyone that goes to the gym regularly will tell you that working out has a huge impact on your stress, mood, and well-being. I have done 3 bodybuilding shows I started at 16 and was hooked ever since, especially seeing all the other competitors and I’m consistently improving myself each and every day.

What started out as just a hobby became something so much more right before my eyes. Someday here in the future I will become a famous IFBB pro or even much more than that. Who knows where this road shall take me, I’m so happy to be apart of it and want to inspire others.

Personal training and gyms have only progressed more and more throughout the years. Whether it be CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Cardio, or flexibility training the possibilities are endless. Having a positive future outlook to your goals and aspirations can make you become more of yourself than ever!!
