That’s fine, just eliminate carbohydrates from your diet. “I don’t agree with the idea of eating carbohydrates in the evening… At that time, the liver, stomach and pancreas are busy with digestion, and the body and nervous system cannot rest. In the evening, the meal should be as light as possible and, ideally, be eaten at least 3 hours before bedtime,” says Paul.
