The more you know, the closer you are

We win some. We lose some. Well, I want you to win! We ponder, we beat ourselves up, and most of all we shame ourselves when we dont reach that personal goal. Well I’m here to tell you that your limiting beliefs and mindset can be that wall that just wont come down. If we focus more on what we want rather than what we need to get rid of that can be the game-changer right there. Turn your goal into reality in the time frame that you always seem to never hit. Make small milestone moves with your mental just as much as your physical, but the secret is… It doesn’t take 2_3 hours a day of busting your butt in the gym if you just work on your mindset and balance a little.

Take some time for yourself. Get to know who you are: your pain points, your triggers, your reason to smile, your gatiftying state of mind… Even your true favorite color.. not the color you tell everyone so you can fit in with the other “commons”. Be you! Authentically you!

Take 14 minutes a day of complete silence (study your thoughts).
Wake up for 21 days straight and name 3 things you’re grateful for as soon as you open your eyes.

Matter of fact, don’t even open them yet! Sit in those 3 things for 5 minutes and theeeen roll over and kiss your hubby or woman. But focus on you first. For once.

Science has proven that 21 days of commitment to your mind can shift your spirit because your mind wants to be coherent with your heart. Then guess what?! Your mind will start slowly releasing hormones that make you feel a little bit better about yourself and your day.

Who would have thought work in the bed could change your life! I mean the work you put in alone. Don’t lose me now, lol!

Well, that’s what I’m here to spread around.

Quantum physics and mental health practices can get you closer to your fitness goals and are also known to heal some physical setbacks.

There have been studies all over the world confirming the brain (which is a muscle) can lead to a healthier and longer life too. Try it out. Don’t be nervous. You deserve this!
