1. Balsamic roasted tomatoes, grilled avocado, sat on Spanish Omelette & toasted wholemeal bread.
2. Italian inspired salad – Fresh mozzarella, red onions, tomatoes, olives, strawberries, beetroot, radish, avocado, oregano, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
3. Asian inspired Pad Thai – Quorn, fish, or meat Pad Thai stir fry with pak choi, asparagus, red onion, baby corn sugar snap peas, egg, carrot, red chilli, coriander, coconut cream, soy sauce, cayenne powder, cardamom, rapeseed oil, garlic.
4. Autumnal steak strip ragù – Steak meat of choice, small punnet of cherry tomatoes, onion, black & green olives, fresh garlic (lots), garlic pepper, meat stock, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco to taste, olive oil.
