About Jeremy

Growing up as an athlete since the young age of 12, I have always had a solid interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Growing up I participated in numerous sports, going on to coach Track and Field and Football at the highschool level. Which upon founded my own company: Hercules Training in 2016. Since graduation, I have continued to further my education and credentials (see listed below) in order to keep up with new research and further help my clients. I have helped numerous clients lose weight, drop body fat, reduce body pain, and feel amazing through one on one as well as group training sessions.! I have a passion for helping others and it truly makes me happy to see client's reach their fitness/weight loss goals. The statement "if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life" is very true as I wake up each day with excitement about who I can help feel great each day!
