Professionally, I have been in fitness industry for 10 years. I have been a NASM certified personal trainer 8 of those years. I believe in changing habits through education for clients so not only will they obtain their fitness goals but they will be able to sustain those goals for the rest of their lives. I believe the process should be fun and that one should look at health and wellness as a commitment to lifestyle changes and not as a cool thing to do because a celebrity is promoting it.

Personally, I am from Wai'anae, Hawai'i. I moved to Seattle, WA when I was 21, where I still currently reside. I enjoy art, music, reading, sports, photography and videography, science, fitness (obviously), comic books, and movies. I have a degree in digital filmmaking and production along with certifications in personal training, sports performance, and nutrition.
