A 60-day health and fitness challenge designed to help women live intentionally, eat for nourishment, and train hard for life “more days than you don’t.” The challenge: Do the 6 Fundamentals more days per week than you don’t do them (4/7 days per week) for 60 days. The 6 Fundamental Habits you'll be working on in this challenge: 1. NUTRITION: Have AT LEAST 1 serving of protein, carbs, fat, and fiber (in the form of a vegetable or fruit) at each meal using the Precision Nutrition Hand-Size Portion method. 2. MOVEMENT: 30 minutes of movement 3. Pick a bedtime + stick to it 4. 30 minutes of active rest 5. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water 6.
