Bikini Body is a great program for someone that is looking to change up their routine. It will reshape and change your body while helping you shred down and tone up! This program also includes nutritional coaching which requires you to track your food using MyFitnessPal or you can opt for a Meal Plan for an additional cost. The focus of this program is to tone up and slim down. Bikini Body is an automated program and starts every Monday! This program is gym based and consists of two phases, all workouts will be changed after 3 weeks. Please be mindful the first 3 weeks is 4 workouts a week and the last 3 weeks is 5 workouts a week. The 6 Week Summer Shred Program is a great way to kick start your goal of tightening up and also working towards recomposing your body to look leaner, fitter and stronger. This program has 4 workouts and these workouts can be performed in a home gym or with minimal equipment. All you need is DB's 1-10kgs and possibly some bands. Exercises can be substituted to suit your equipment.
