My work is about more than fitness; it’s about rewriting the story of midlife.
Like the grandmother who cried tears of joy when she could finally lift her grandchild without pain.
Or the woman who sent me a photo of herself hiking for the first time in decades, her smile wide, her eyes full of pride, her cheeks flushed from crisp mountain air.
These moments are why I do this work.
Because every midlife woman deserves to feel strong again. Capable again. Alive again.
My mission is to show you, through strength training, habit coaching, and support that actually gets you, that it’s never too late to rebuild.

To rise into the woman you were always meant to be.

It’s a statement: I’m not done. I’m just getting started.
I am a married midlife woman with three children (two grown and one teen), and I run a fitness & martial arts studio with my husband.
My favorite activities include running, hiking, weight training, kettlebell training, practicing martial arts, and playing the piano. I also enjoy cooking healthy meals and teaching others how to do the same. I can also binge-watch my favorite shows on Netflix for a few hours; life is about balance. 💪 😊
