A 4-week Health Challenge to kick off the New Decade! Week 1: 5-Streak Week, goal of the week is to complete 5 workouts in 5 days! Week 2: Whole Smoothie Week, goal of this week is to consume a smoothie a day and consume only Whole Foods! Week 3: Intermittent Fasting Week, the goal of this week is to fast for 5 straight days, minimum 15 hours a day. Week 4: Cardio Week, complete 30 minutes of cardio per day, preferably to start your day. Nutrition: we create a process of inclusion rather than restriction. A reoccurring membership every 3 months which will cycle through 3 phases: Phase 1: Stability, We assess all areas of your life, including where you are at financially, physically, and emotionally, vs where you would like to be at. This phase we open up your individual brokerage account and get you familiar with buying/selling. Phase 2: Hypertrophy, we continue to build upon the learnings as you continue to get yourself familiar with our lingo and our day trades. Along with continuing to double down on our true gift of life, our body and mind! Phase 3: Power, you are beginning to reap the benefits of the long term investment strategy, good things take time. This membership will pay for itself. You will get up-to-date, real time trade ideas and we move through to financial independence together. The price is an investment of $275 which re-occurs every 90th day. Students have gained over $10,000 since joining, this will pay for itself.
