Being a collegiate athlete gave me an appreciation for working hard and embracing the grind. Back then however, fitness for me always meant competition. But my view drastically changed when I graduate college with a major in Exercise Science. After learning about the human body and how it reacts to physical activity, I was able to understand that fitness isn’t about getting in shape for one day or one game or one summer; it’s about getting your body set for a long and active life. After graduating, I pursued my passion by working as a personal trainer— the profession of my dreams. That notion of "pushing it to the limit" was no longer in my head. As I worked with hundreds of people, all with different lifestyles and goals, I saw what it meant to be truly "fit.” Fitness is wellness, fitness is health, and fitness is different for everyone. I use the latest scientifically researched exercise plans that fit you and your needs. My goal is to help you reach your fitness potential without burning you out, as well as to educate you on the fundamentals of exercise and keeping healthy habits that will last you a lifetime.
