About Will

Will earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University. He then furthered his knowledge of the human body by becoming an MRI Technologist where he specialized in cardiac, musculoskeletal, and spinal imaging for 3 years. Will is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) , USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Trainer with 10+ years training experience. His passion is developing specific programming for strength, mobility, movement integrity, athletic performance, and bridging the gap between the medical and fitness worlds. He works with all age groups, but has recently worked more with middle-aged and 65+. Will lives at home with his wife and two children and loves spending time with his family, playing golf, lifting weights, going to the movies, and of course following the Patriots and the Celtics!


Will takes an integrative approach to your fitness, health and wellness. Through strength and cardiovascular training, sessions will be tailored to each individual's general health and wellness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, baseline heart rate and blood pressure, functional strength, neuro-cognitive adaptations, proprioception, and more!
