Commitment: This is a “no excuses” program. Aim to complete all 5 workouts weekly, though the minimum requirement is 4. Workout Requirements: 5 Workouts Per Week: Complete each assigned workout for the week, focusing on a balance of strength, cardio, and flexibility. Minimum 4 Workouts: At least 4 out of 5 workouts are mandatory, but pushing to complete all 5 is encouraged. Challenge Commitment: Each participant must pick 3 things to give up for the full 21 days. This could include habits, foods, or distractions that may hinder progress, helping reinforce self-discipline and focus throughout the challenge. A Complimentary Meal Guide will be included in this Challenge. Equipment: Only dumbbells and bands are required, though you may substitute with a squat rack for specific exercises if accessible. Coach Queen founded Warrior Queen B F.I.T., in 2018 and went on to obtain her Personal Training Certification and Nutritional Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association Company.) She takes pride in providing education on the holistic lifestyle, teaching how obtainable it is to encompass a healthy lifestyle, and crafting custom programs for my clients.
Health and Wellness has given her a greater purpose and offers her the ability to focus on the mental and physical well being. Her hope is to continue introducing people to the idea that working out and eating healthy are not just about losing weight or gaining muscle but ultimately its main purpose is to transform lives in every aspect holistically (mind, body, and spirit) and to create longevity and sustainability.

At Warrior Queen B F.I.T, we help women from all backgrounds reconnect with their strength from the inside out by providing asset-based holistic fitness and wellness coaching and consulting. We know that transformation is a battle but we believe that every queen has a warrior within, just waiting to fight for a better life.
