The workouts we go through in person will be added to the app the following Monday. When you go to complete them, you are able to auto-fill the sets and reps but always aim to beat what you did last time. Make sure you do put data into each of the exercises so that I can keep supporting you and providing advice on how to progress. Also feel free to reach out at any time on the app, connect your fitness devices, take photos of your meals and make use of the other features I will continue expanding on - on demand stretching and cardio routines coming soon.
