This is a great option for those of you that have experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies regularly, but it is also suitable for beginners as you can scale to your abilities. Upon purchase, you’ll receive the training program in an App called “Trainerize” that will allow you track all of your personal progress along the way, including body stats like photos, weight and measurements, and also your training performance like exercises, weight used, sets, and reps.
