Christine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, author, mental health advocate, and proud mom of two. With over 20 years of experience in public education as a science teacher, department chair, and assistant principal, Christine brings her lifelong passion for teaching and empowerment into the world of fitness coaching.
Her approach is grounded in both science and empathy — informed by a Bachelor's in Biology from UMass Amherst, a Master's in Teaching and Curriculum from Harvard University, and her own personal journey through anxiety, depression, and multiple major surgeries. At 46, Christine knows what it means to rebuild strength, confidence, and identity from the inside out.
Now, she helps clients challenge outdated fitness myths, embrace strength training, and feel powerful in their own skin. Christine is the founder of TRH Personal Training, where she works with clients of all ages in strength, resistance training, speed and agility.
Whether coaching clients one-on-one in person, virtually, or through hybrid programs, Christine's programming is personalized, flexible, and geared towards your goals and your life. Christine’s mission is clear: help clients to see that fitness is attainable, even in their busy lives.
