About Amy

Amy has been a certified personal trainer and certified group exercise instructor for over five years. Prior to that, she worked various jobs in healthcare and social services, including work in physical medicine and rehabilitation as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

She was an athlete in both high school and college but found her true passion for fitness after her second child was born in 2010, and began her own weight loss journey for the third time.

Five years later, she decided to share her passion with others and began working with clients 1:1 in a gym setting. Since then, her clients’ successes vary from stronger joints, to 70 lb. weight loss, to reversing pre-diabetes and high blood pressure. Amy continues to share her passion with others today on her journey with Train Fierce, LLC. Amy lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband, son, and daughter.

Fun Fact: Amy considers herself a total fitness junkie and says she loves food.
