    A Free 1-Hour Training Session with Master Trainer Joe. He will give you a full head-to-toe evaluation and by the end of your training session you will get great insight on where exactly you stand and what is required to elevate your level of fitness. Be ready to be sore and feel amazing!! 💪 Once you've signed up, someone will be calling you shortly to get your training session scheduled! FAQ: What will I need? - The device of your choice to train from (Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) -DUMBBELLS: We will go over what dumbbells will be needed during our phone call. *If you do not have dumbbells required at home please let us know when we call you and we can send you amazon links to get them ordered! Don't forget you always have the option of working out at your gym! - A yoga mat to ensure you have a comfortable place for any mat work What's the next step after I signup? -Someone from our staff will be calling you to schedule your Evaluation and Training Session. During this call we will go over your health history and fitness goals and get your 1st Training Session scheduled.
