Hi, I’m Reuben Thompson, a passionate and dedicated Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach with over 5 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology/Exercise and Sports Science from Temple University, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of the human body, movement, and the science behind effective training and nutrition.
