Our online Acceleration program is centered on four components - Speed, Agility, Coordination, and Injury Prevention. After completing the initial consultation and setting up your online program, each athlete will enjoy unlimited access to daily workouts, reminders, exercise video tutorials, scheduled recovery sessions, and performance tracking data. Furthermore, athletes will receive pre-game dynamic warm-ups and post-game static stretches. Not only can you access your program anytime, but athletes will also have direct communication with their performance coach via the online training app.
