This program is developed for current junior, college, pro hockey players looking to get stronger, faster, and better conditioned this off-season. This four-day per week program includes foam rolling, mobility, dynamic warm up, plyometrics, power and speed development, strength work, and conditioning! Upon signing up your training program will begin the following Monday and will last for 16 weeks with the option cancel anytime. Your subscription includes direct messaging with me, Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Fitness Specialist Jonathan Sucese, through the Trainerize App. It also includes any individualization requires based on injury history, equipment access, or training experience.
