Train the way our in person athletes train! Our Hockey Performance 2.0 Program is an 8-week program that includes everything the advanced player needs to prepare for his or her upcoming season. The program is four days a week and includes everything from foam rolling, mobility, dynamic warm up, power development, acceleration, strength, and conditioning. You won't find a more comprehensive program! Participants should have 2-3 years of training experience and will need access to a full gym. Program starts the Monday following the date of purchase.
The most comprehensive hockey training program complete with daily plans for foam rolling, mobility, activation, dynamic warm up, speed/agility, strength/power, and hockey specific conditioning! This 6-Day, 12 Week program that can be done in your home, basement, or garage with minimal equipment. It includes three Strength/Power days and three Sprint/Agility days per week. Complete with video demonstrations of every movement and perfect for any hockey player age 13 and up! Required equipment: 1 Dumbbell, Exercise Band Optional Equipment: Dumbbell Set, stationary bike or bicycle, foam roller, exercise band For those of you who have access to a full gym (squat rack, barbell, plates, chin up bar, kettlebells, bench, etc.), we can make adjustments to the program to accommodate you! My Beginner In-Home Adult Program is great for adults with little to no training experience and are looking to get started! This program is a 6-day per week, 4 week program that can be done in your home, backyard, or basement with zero to minimal equipment! The program includes warm up, 3-days per week strength work, and 3 days per week cardio.
My Intermediate In-Home Adult Program is perfect for someone who exercises regularly and is looking for a simple to follow, progressive, and challenging workout. This program is a 6-day per week, 4 week program. You will need at least one dumbbell or kettlebell and a band. This is a great program for anyone who has recently completed the Beginner In-Home Adult Program already.
