CORE IN 4 A short, follow-along abs series Core in 4 is a 4-day, follow-along core program designed to help you feel stronger through your middle without overthinking or overdoing it. Workouts range from 10-25 minutes. All workouts are guided start to finish β just press play and move with me. This series is great if you: - want stronger abs and better core support - like short, effective workouts - donβt want a long program or strict schedule - want something realistic for busy days Light dumbbells are used in some workouts, and everything is approachable and modifiable. No pressure to keep up β take breaks or adjust as needed.
