This is a program Aaron Krauss has built to help each new member understand how to use most of the machines in the weight-room. He has also set this program up to be accessible for 2 weeks to incorporate a 4 day split workout routine with 2 days working, a mid-week rest day, followed up with 2 working days, then ending with the weekend for added rest.
