16 Weeks. 4 Strategic Phases. One Clear Outcome. A commercial gym is required with standard equipment. This program is broken into four structured phases across 16 weeks, each designed to build on the last so your progress compounds — not stalls. Your training begins the Monday following enrollment to keep execution clean and organized. You’ll receive 18 weeks of full app access, giving you extra time for transition, review, and follow-through beyond the core 16 weeks. Inside the app, you’ll be able to: Track progress photos Monitor bodyweight and key body metrics Log weights, sets, and reps for every workout Everything is centralized. Structured. Measurable. Executed with purpose.

Former NPC Bikini competitor, now continuing to compete in the Fit Model division - Lexi has been in your shoes and has learned how to adapt and overcome. Her experiences herself as a competitor have shaped her methodology and centered her focus on client mentality and perseverance.
Lexi also is a dedicated posing coach known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to helping each athlete bring their absolute best to the stage. With a coaching style that blends technical precision and individualized care, Lexi goes beyond just teaching poses—she guides clients through every element that contributes to a winning stage presence.
Lexi currently works full time as an engineer in the mining & construction industry while managing her posing business and competitive endeavors. She has the understanding of what it is like to be a busy woman and having to make competing work with your life.
With experience coaching and competing in the bodybuilding space since 2018, Lexi brings a long-term, people-first approach to fitness and physique development. Her foundation in health and training was built through trial and error while she competed during college, graduate school, and into her professional career—allowing her to understand firsthand how demanding seasons of life impact consistency, energy, and mindset.
Her coaching philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are. Rather than asking individuals to overhaul their entire lives, Lexi focuses on building sustainable systems, realistic strategies, and adaptable methods that fit into real schedules. Every client is supported with intention, care, and structure—designed not just to create physical change, but to build confidence, resilience, and long-term success both on and off the stage.
