This program is broken into four structured phases across 16 weeks, each designed to build on the last so your progress compounds — not stalls. Your training begins the Monday following enrollment to keep execution clean and organized. You’ll receive 18 weeks of full app access, giving you extra time for transition, review, and follow-through beyond the core 16 weeks.
