As a competitive powerlifter, former gymnast and coach, I've always enjoyed physical challenges and learning new skills, but working long hours in animation and VFX started to impact my ability to move the way I wanted. I take care of my health so I can continue to enjoy activities I love, like paddling, hiking, and camping, well into my senior years. Whether you're training to compete, get back in shape after an illness or injury, improve your health risk factors, or just feel better, I'm here to help you build strength and resilience to experience all the things you want to do in life.
I help clients build back their health through custom training programs, nutrition planning, and habit coaching using video calling and regular messaging. My clients get stronger, leaner, and healthier by taking consistent, effective action that starts where they are today to shape a more adventurous future.
