• Sam's Hypertrophy Program

  For less than $1 a day, Sam's specialised Hypertrophy Program is uniquely designed by Sam in consult with other tertiary educated professional trainers to ensure results are met. As the name would suggest, these results come in the form of hypertrophy - building muscle. The program is designed for beginners and advanced lifters, the difference being how much instruction is needed and obviously the weight you're lifting. The program works in 4 week training blocks with 4 sessions a week (+1 optional workout) as the standard. In order to keep workouts interesting and engaging, every 4 weeks there are multiple changes to the program, these may be big or small but all in the name of progression. Each exercise comes with a professionally crafted video with specific instructions on coaching cues and what to avoid. Instead this program is delivered through our customized professional training app, utilising a variety of training techniques such as drop sets, super sets, rest-pauses and partials to name a few. These are the same training methods Sam uses to get results with his face-to-face clients. In addition to the workouts, frequent tips are added to your profile most days. They are delivered in a very simple 1-tip-a-day format to give you the best chance of adherence. Spoiler alert, the first tip is "eat 2g protein per kilo of bodyweight daily" See, simple AF.
