For less than $1 a day, Sam's specialised Hypertrophy Program is uniquely designed by Sam in consult with other tertiary educated professional trainers to ensure results are met. As the name would suggest, these results come in the form of hypertrophy - building muscle. The program is designed for beginners and advanced lifters, the difference being how much instruction is needed and obviously the weight you're lifting. The program works in 4 week training blocks with 4 sessions a week (+1 optional workout) as the standard. In order to keep workouts interesting and engaging, every 4 weeks there are multiple changes to the program, these may be big or small but all in the name of progression. Each exercise comes with a professionally crafted video with specific instructions on coaching cues and what to avoid.
