This monthly subscription is designed for individuals who are limited in their time but need actual results in strength training with nutrition support. As a custom client, you'll receive 100% customized workouts based on your individual lifestyle & goals, in addition to guidance with nutrition and meal planning. If you have a recent or past injury & need guidance on how to move forward. 1. We'll start with a virtual onboarding call that you'll schedule inside the app after you sign up and complete your consultation form. We'll discuss your training history, any past/current injuries, short-term and long-term goals, non-aesthetic goals, and your workout and nutrition strategy. 2. Schedule a virtual movement analysis. You'll record a set list of movements and send them in so your current strength and mobility can be assessed. Our analyses usually highlight areas of improvement which is exactly what we want in order to create a program that meets you where you're at and focuses on strengthening weaknesses Expect workouts to stay the same for 4-6 weeks with minimal change. Begins Feb 1st, 2024 It is designed for individuals who are open to building and nurturing their personal relationship with faith and fitness, combining both elements into a transformative journey. The challenge will also include a weekly 45-minute Bible study session on Sundays at 7 pm est, providing an opportunity to come together, discuss readings of Proverbs, and simply deepen your understanding of the Bible. By joining this challenge, you will be intentionally focusing on gaining wisdom in your individual relationship with your body and faith. This is for you if you’re looking to: Trust God more in your overall well-being Seek for clarity and peace in your fitness journey that’s sustainable for YOU A supportive and authentic community 💜 This challenge is not focused on weight loss, but rather on creating space for you to cultivate a relationship with your body, food, and faith journey. Weight loss is just one of the blessings he will give you through this challenge with Him. Program Outline Daily Movement 25 minutes: Follow along with workout videos including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to promote physical well-being. Daniel Fast Fruit and veggie meal plan: A daily meal plan will be provided, focusing on incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables to support your fast. Daily prayer, reading/study of Proverbs: Encouraged to read and reflect on a chapter of Proverbs each day Daily cold shower: Incorporating a daily cold shower into the routine to promote resilience, discipline, and overall well-being.
